Dates and Deadlines

Please be aware that different deadlines are in place for New School students and non–New School students. Please refer to the dates below for the deadlines that apply to you.

We will start accepting applications for summer 2024 in early November and then on a rolling basis until programs are full. The 2024 deadlines will be announced shortly. 

Summer 2023 Programs: New School Students

• Priority application deadline: Sunday, November 6, 2022*
• Applicant interviews: November 8–16, 2022
• Notification of acceptance: Friday, November 18, 2022
• Final application deadline: Sunday, January 15, 2023*
  *If space is still available in programs on January 15, we will continue to accept applications on a rolling basis until programs are full.

Summer 2023 Programs: Non–New School Students

• Priority application deadline: Sunday, January 15, 2023*

• First vaccinations: February 2023*
• Purchase of flight ticket: April 2023*
• Waiver and Emergency Contact Forms are due Friday, March 31, 2023.*
• Supplemental Student Assumption of Risk and Release Form is due Friday, March 31, 2023, for in-person programs only.*
• Medical Form is due Friday, March 31, 2023, for in-person programs only.*
  
• Registration for IFP credits for the summer session: April 2023
• IFP Security Meeting: Friday, April 28, 2023*
• Final vaccinations: May 2023*
