Stephanie Nadalo, PhD, is an art historian and museum educator whose research explores the construction of cosmopolitan communities past and present.
She completed a doctorate and two master's degrees at Northwestern University after finishing her undergraduate studies at Sarah Lawrence College.
Her research has been supported by grants including a Fulbright Fellowship in Italy, the American Academy in Rome Prize, and a visiting fellowship at the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa.
She joined the Parsons Paris faculty in 2014 and has held various academic positions, including Assistant Professor of Art & Design History and Theory, interim director of the MA program in the History of Design and Curatorial Studies, and most recently Associate Director of the BFA program in Art, Media & Technology.
Stephanie’s teaching is enriched by her experience as a licensed guide at notable institutions including the Louvre, Orsay and other museums.
