Parsons Paris has secured preferential rates for students based in the Romainville campus for single or shared furnished studios in a brand-new residence hall very close to campus. The Fiminco residence will be occupied by Parsons Paris students as well as other students and artists. View details about the Romainville campus housing.
Note: The students based in the Romainville campus are BFA Fashion Design students in their second year or above and all students in the MFA Fashion Design and the Arts program. All first-year undergraduate students and students in other programs may prefer API housing options, which are closer to the Saint-Roch campus.

For Academic Year 2025–2026, rental prices are:
Single room—10 months: 10,000 euros, including VAT
Shared double room—10 months: 6,000 euros, including VAT per person
Single room—5 months: 5,000 euros, including VAT
Shared double room—5 months: 3,000 euros, including VAT per person
Single and double studios available (18 square meters to 34 square meters)
All studios are equipped with:
