Invoices are sent electronically to all students. An email is sent to each student's New School email address notifying them that the invoice is ready to view through the my.newschool.edu student
portal. Invoices reflect all financial aid as of the date of the invoice. An electronic invoice can only be generated if a student is registered for the term. If a student is not registered and has an Academic Advising hold, they should contact their academic advisor for assistance with registration and for assistance with the hold. University holds can be viewed through the student's MyNewSchool portal.
Students in a full-time flat-tuition-rate program are automatically charged the flat-rate tuition and should contact their advisor for an exception if not taking a full-time course load. Once a formal exception has been placed on their records, the tuition charges will be updated to a per-credit rate. If approved for a part-time course load, students will receive an updated e-bill.
